Being such a huge fan of R&B music, New Edition has always been one of my favorite groups to listen to. This is probably one of my favorite Christmas songs during the holiday season and I don’t recall a year where I haven’t given this track a spin.

So without further ado, Merry Christmas and a Joyous New Year to all. Remember, Give Love on Christmas Day. :)

LL Cool J inspired by 50 cent?

I’ve never been a huge fan of 50 cent. His single “In the Club” was dope as hell back in the day, but the more songs he’s released the worse they got. He’s never hit me as one of the greats in terms of emceeing.

He is however an incredible entrepreneur and I give him credit for staying in the game through various projects. According to LL Cool J, 50 helped resurrect his career by co-producing his latest album “Exit 13″. LL is a f**kin Hip Hop Icon! Now that’s street cred! Yahoo

Hip Hop Mongul Dr. Dre mourns his sons Death

Hip-hop super producer Dr Dre is mourning the loss of his 20-year-old son, who died over the weekend at his Californian home. Sources confirmed to People.com that Andre Young Jr was found “unresponsive” by his mother on Saturday morning.

Dr Dre’s representative Lori Early said the rapper and producer was “mourning the loss of his son”.

“Please respect his family’s grief and privacy at this time,” Early said.

Young had been out with friends the previous night and returned home around 5.30am. When his mother failed to rouse him, paramedics were called.An autopsy has been carried out and no foul play is suspected, People.com reported.
