I’ve always been a big boxing fan. My favorite fights were in the middle and heavyweight divisions simply because they produced the most knockouts. My favorites included Marvelous Marvin Hagler in the middleweight division and the infamous Iron Mike Tyson in the heavys.

I was making my daily rounds via the sport sites I frequent and came upon an article which mentioned Mike Tyson boxing against women. This was taken from FoxSports.

At a news conference at an Italian restaurant, Tyson said he would likely go just four rounds and that future stops on the tour might include bouts with women, possibly professional boxer Ann Wolfe.

Wolfe, from Waco, Texas, is 21-1 with 15 knockouts.

“She’s such a prominent, dominant woman in the boxing field,” Tyson said.

When asked if he was joking about fighting women, Tyson said, “I’m very serious.”

Mike! Come on man! You were my hero in the boxing world. I still tell everyone your the greatest heavyweight there ever was. Now this? Tattoo’s on your face, rape charges, biting ears, going bankrupt… Nothing seems to be too farfetched for this once phenominal but bizzarre fighter. He was once the most feared boxer on the face of this planet. Now he is the laughing-stock of the boxing world. What a way to go out. Fighting women in the ring for peoples amusement.
