Training Hard all Summer…

I’ve made a promise to myself that I would try and put on a little more mass and cut down my stomach and love handles during my summer break. Over the past four years or so I have hit the gym at least three times per week. I’ve gone from 120 pounds out of college to a little over 190 pounds today. I’ve made some really good gains over the time. I’ve put on some nice size and muscle and I’ve at least doubled in strength. The problem is, I’ve also added some love handles in the process. I’ve never had love handles my entire life so I feel pretty miserable about it.

This summer I have vowed to lose the belly and chisel out a bit more. Its been a couple weeks and I feel really good about my diet and exercise regime. Hopefully by August, I’ll look like a brand new man around the abdomen! I’ll post photos of the transformation after I make some gains. Right now, whoa! Too embarrassing!
