Especially since Bartkowiak had quite some experience with action movies (Cradle 2the Grave, Exit Wounds). What I saw was ... well, bland. Casual. Vanilla. The whole movie could have been titled "another straight to dvd action movie". Feels like all this Street Fighter stuff was inserted into a lame script.
