Last night was the start of a new season of America’s Best Dance Crew (season 3). Although I think it showcases a very unique set of dancers, they are far from the most talented pool I’ve seen on past shows. However, with that being said, I do believe that they have a couple incredible crews who should go on to win the entire thing.
Based on their debut performances last night, I have to go with Beat Freaks, Quest Crew, and Boxcuttuhz as my early favorites. Out of those three crews, if I had to pick a winner today, it would definitely go to Beat Freaks. The ladies were outstanding last night and I truly believe that they are the best representation of what females can bring to the table as hip hop dancers. In the past two seasons of ABDC, the show has been dominated by male hip hop crews and I feel that Beat Freaks have the best opportunity to change that streak. Their athleticism and skillset displayed during their debut performance was outstanding, and I will boldly announce to the world that they would rival even the best male hip hop crews in the business today, including last season’s winner Super Cr3w.
In Season One of the show I chose Kaba Modern as the favorites with Jabba as my 2nd choice. Last season, I went with So Real Cru and Fanny Pak. This year, all bets are on the ladies to win it all. Beat Freaks FTW!!!
Who do you see going all the way?
I’m picking Quest Crew to take it…not that I think they’re better than Beat Freaks. In fact, I think they’re even. It’s just a preference in style. So my top 3 is exactly like yours except I switched Quest and Beat Freaks around.
I AGREE. i was completely taken by this group. They were OFF THE CHAIN! I can’t wait to see what more they have in store. I can’t believe that clogging team though. They have no idea how to dance to hip-hop.

The cloggers are really good at what they do. They had one of the cleanest routines on the show. Problem is, they dont know hip hop. Your right on the money there April.
HONESTLY I BELIEVE THAT ONE OF THE GIRL SQUADS WILL BE VICTORIOUS ON ABDC THIS SEASON… I BELIEVE THATS WHY THERE ARE ALOT OF QUESTIONABLE CREWS THAT MADE IT ON.. ALSO I WOULDNT BE SURPRISED IF BEAT FREAKS OR THE MIAMI HEAT LADIES, BEAT OUT QUEST CREW IN THE FINALS.. WHOM IM NOT THAT IMPRESSED WITH AT ALL.. THE CLOTHING (IVE SEEN B4) THE MAKE UP (IVE SEEN B4) AND THE MOVES AND ROUTINES, LOL “THATS JUST SAY WHAT I HAVENT SEEN B4 IS REALLY WATERED DOWN AN FAKE DRAMATIC.. I ALSO THOUGHT THAT THIS SHOW IS ABOUT UNDERGROUND DANCERS WITH ORIGINAL FLAVOR, GETTING EXPOSURE.. NOT A GROUP OF GUYS DOING OTHER PEOPLES SIGNATURE MOVES, WHILE WEARING MAKEUP, AND GETTING MAINSTREAM CREDIT WITH THEIR TRICKORY… LOL… HOWEVER THE TRUTH ALWAYS COMES OUT AN IM SURE IT WILL THIS TIME..
LAST SEASON IT WAS MENTIONED HOW THEY WOULD LOVE TO SEE A ALL FEMALE GROUP WIN
ABDC… AND WHAT BETTER WAY TO INSURE THAT BUT HAVING OTHER GROUPS THAT ARE GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO, BUT WHAT THEY DO MIGHT JUST NOT BE WHAT THE SHOW IS ABOUT….
