I won't apologize for that. I watched the movie with an open mind without any preconceived feelings about the movie or its content. It is what it is. A poorly made movie with a huge fan base to support and defend it. I won't say that the actors are talentless. Who knows? Maybe they'll be Oscar worthy one day. Too bad they didn't show it in this movie. I didn't read the books, but I didn't have to read the books to rate a movie that I watched. P.S. My girlfriend has read all the books and is a big fan. I've also heard from friends that the books are quite good, but even they agree that the movie was awful.
