Btw, I haven ‘t been updating much lately coz my laptop died on me. I had to get a new one and I’m expecting it to arrive today.
@Jaypee – NO worries. Hopefully you’ll be as active as before when you get back online.
Well I got my new laptop Monday afternoon and I spent the next couple of days installing stuff and uploading files, etc. Btw, I didn’t know my old laptop was still under warranty so I’m sending it back to Compaq and have them take a look at it. Hopefully its just a minor issue and would be fixed under the limited warranty so I won’t have to pay anything. :D

@trench – Yeah, I’m really hoping it could get fixed for free under the terms of the warranty. I go the box they sent and I’m sending it back today. :D

@Jaypee – Lucky You. Here in Guam alot of the warranties are hard to claim because many dont consider us part of the UNITED STATES.
@trench – Is that so? Isn’t Guam a US territory? Oh well, sorry to hear about that.
Guess what? I got my laptop backed FIXED! It was the motherboard and they replaced it free of charge. I guess it was part of the limited warranty. Now all I have to do is buy a new power cord/ac adapter to replace the old one that got messed up.
