Everytime I see the screenshots from the upcoming Dark Knight film, I can’t help but think what a great loss Heath Ledger was to the movie industry. His charisma and villainous style as the Joker has already sold me into watching the Dark Knight on its world premiere release July 18th.
My list of other “Must Sees” during the summer months include : Iron Man (May 2nd), Speed Racer (May 9th), The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian (May 16th), Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull (May 22nd), The Incredible Hulk (June 13th), Wall-E (June 27th), The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor (August 1st), and Star Wars: The Clone Wars (August 15th).
This summer should be fun! What films are you looking forward? What films will you be watching on opening night?

I’m not sure about catching anything on Opening night, because I just can’t stand crowds – but I will definitely be watching these at one point or another: Iron man, Chronicles or Narnia: Prince Caspian, Sex and the City (DUH!), Kung Fu Panda (Lucy Liu & Jackie Chan baby), The Incredible Hulk (seems like a decent cast to me), Wanted (been dying to see this one), The Dark Knight (been dying to see it since the Batman begins). You’re absolutely right… it’s going to be a GREAT summer!

I will watch most of the movies in your list, except Star Wars and Prince Caspian, and I am with fragileheart, I will add Kung Fu Panda and Wanted. By the way, I am also interested in Get Smart and Tropic Thunder.
Kung Fu Panda! Totally forgot about that one! Count me in! How can you not want to see Prince Caspian! I read all the Chronicle books growing up. Guess thats why Im so into it. haha
heheh I didn’t read the books growing up but I loved the first one, The Lion, Witch and the Wardrobe so much I just have to see the next one!
I never read the books, and the first one I thought it was average, maybe the second one would change my mind.
