Well, what kind of music are you listening to?  It might help to stop blasting your music!  (Hehe, j/k!)

Try a nice hot shower or a massage (i.e. if Mel&#039;s a good massager! but then that might awaken someone else ;p)  Oh!  And a stomach rub!</description>

		<description>sorry to hear bout that. insomnia is something that i never have a problem with. its very rare for me not to be able to sleep. i sleep whenever i have the opportunity and that includes 10 or 15 minute naps especially after lunch. at night, i stay up late coz of TV or the PC but if i just lay in bed, I&#039;ll be off to la la land in no time.
