		<description>30 minutes of power walking, 5 days a week.  Power Walking burns more fat then conventional running does, and I have learned through research. 8 pounds lost so far.  My belly is starting to tighten up in the front. The love handles will be last to go. Just have to keep working on it!</description>

Good luck with that diet and I hope that you attain the goal that you are setting for yourself. Well, considering that most of it comes from determination to continue, I'm sure you can.</description>
