This film was a pretty strange one. Based on a true story, Prozac Nation focuses on Elizabeth Wurtzel and her road into deep depression. The movie’s main star is the grown up Christina Ricci. Although her performance, and the performances of the other actors in the film were pretty good, the story itself was just too dull for me. I think the only real thing I remember is Christina sitting butt naked at the beginning of the film. I mean seriously butt naked from top to bottom! It makes me wonder what happened to the little girl I remember from Casper and The Adams Family.
Bottomline: Dont waste your time watching this film, unless there is nothing else on the shelf to watch. I’d rather spend 95 minutes of my life watching the country channel.

Have to admit I’ve never heard of the movie. You had me a little interested until you recommended that seeing it. I’ll remove it from my NetFlix basket…lol.
I only managed to watch part of the movie, and I agree with Ricci’s acting being really good. However, I felt the movie was really heavy. I didn’t read the book, but I heard it was much better.
I haven’t seen this but thought I’d say props to the new design. I dig it. I don’t like my current design (Do I ever?) and thus am waiting til summer to redesign it.
Anyway, I have a plethora of movie reviews to write and no time and motivation to do write them. Anyway, nice design and I guess I’ll stay away from this one :)
