Christmas Gifts

What are you buying your loved one’s for christmas? I think this year we have to cut our Christmas lists down to just family, very close friends, and our godchildren. Its getting too expensive to buy gifts for everyone and I refuse to take out a holiday loan. I think holiday loans are probrably the worst thing you could do. Its just spending more money you dont have.

I did spoil myself this holiday season by purchasing a ‘93 Toyota 4×4. I’m pretty stoked. Its lifted and everything. I’ve always wanted a big truck and now I own one. I think everyone who lives on Guam needs a good truck around. The Truck is in great condition and I’ll be sure to post photos when I can take them. I now own 3 vehicles. The two door Scion tC, 4 door Scion xA, and the ‘93 Truck. All I need now is a cafe bike. Got to convince the wifey to get one!

In other news the album has been put on hold indefinately. Mike is leaving for a couple months to escort his grandfather from Michigan to Puerto Rico, so Im not sure when we can get back to work in the studio. However, I feel like posting a few demo’s up for everyone to hear. They will be online shortly.

  1. Eh! Since I’m not working anymore, I won’t be getting my Hubby anything.
    pooey!
    I forgot what I bought him last year… :-S
    Cologne I think?

    LOL
I agree about the Holiday Loans. I think Christmas is more about “spending” time together. Not the amount of $ you are willing to spend for them.
    Ya know what I mean?

We’ll see how Christmas is this year… :-)
    Last year was great…

  3. what??? christmas? oh no! not again! Already? Damn. But don’t we already have everything we need? That what we want we can’t get or can’t afford anyhow! Pretty spoiled huh.

No loan. I might make something myself, self made pressies are da best anyhow.
And man, you definately need that cafe bike. :)

    Happy shopping!

  4. Shoot, I’m broke as a joke… and you know that from my earlier posts. The only two people I’ll be giving gifts to are my mother and brother. Kris and I do not tend to give each other gifts unless it’s Valentine’s or our anniversary (which is on St. Patrick’s Day… how ’bout yours?!)

I don’t have a big family at all… most of the other relatives live far away, and they are not immediate family or anything. ((sigh))
