The Reason I still Teach…

Its a great feeling to know you made a difference in a child’s life. After all the years of trouble I’ve caused as a kid, its time I gave a little back. Im not sure if I’ll make a career out of teaching, but I have no regrets teaching these kids. I still remember all 5 of my class rosters. These are photos of students over the past three years. Unfortunately I am missing photos from my first two years as a educator.

  1. My wife is a teacher as well and she feels the same way about being able to make a diff. in a childs life. We live in Dothan, AL which pop is around 60-70,ooo, she teaches in a small community where the pop is only around 1000-1500. She see’s alot of underprivilaged kids and is able to help them with their family life, etc. She loves it and I understand why!
