Egyptian Bombings

It is very disheartening when you wake up in the morning, open your paper, and find out another terrorist attack has taken place. Its becoming commonplace. What once brought fear and terror no longer does. Instead it brings anger, hate, and frustration. Its not shocking anymore, which makes it even more disturbing. I wasn’t attempting to be insensitive when I found out Egypt was bombed, but it didn’t shock me at all. Instead it let my blood boil, and for some reason I felt a hate I know I should not feel…Is this what they are trying to do? Fill their enemies with hate?

I was reading another article today, and it said that 6 out of 10 Americans think World War III is inevitable. Thats sure is not a good sign. All I could think of was a nuclear war. If a 3rd war is to take place, it wont be man vs. man. It will be a nuclear fallout. Everyone just ready to press those red buttons. It makes me shiver just thinking about it. Looking at my family and friends, it hurts inside. It makes me afraid for those children, who haven’t even started living yet. Barely crawling and talking. Innocent. There is just too much hate for one another in this world. Religious belief is driving others to destroy and murder. When did the world stop caring?

  1. I’m with in you in the disappointment with the world… it became evident to me ages ago… but it’s becoming more and more prominent with the blatant disregard for human life all over the world. I can only hope and pray that their forcasts for WWIII are completely wrong :T

  2. What’s even worse is, here in the US, I didn’t see anything about the Egyption bombings on the news, yet we all heard about the ones in the UK and still see things about it almost every day =
