I have been going through alot of stress and going from being sick to being nauseated, to having migraines, the whole wrap. What should I do to get a doctors note? I have no transportation to go back and forth like that all the time and I have no medical to even get the medicine that I would need.

I need a doctors note for tomorrow! I was really sick yesterday and couldn’t make it to work, I have no vehicle to get to the clinic, someone please help! I may lose my job over this and I can’t afford to!! Someone please help me!!!

I have the flu and my employer ordered me to a doctor for a note to say I could work. The doctor didn’t put me off work in the first place. Can they do that?

i need a doctors note for work because i broke my toe this past friday and they wont let me back at work until i have a note because its liablity issue. So in order to work i need a note…this sucks who can help me?

I broke my toe.a week and a half ago. I am on my feet 11.5 hr a day as a nurse in the cardiac cath lab wearing a lead suit to boot(no pun). I went to the ER and got a note stating my toe is broken. Now I have been home for four days and my employer wants a note. What part of broken is not understood?

I am in rather desperate need of a doctors note. i had to drive my sister to the hospital this morning but my work still demands a doctors note if i am sick/absent for even one day.
